The
SPA FROG® In-line System is built right into the spa and uses the same mineral and
bromine cartridges as the SPA FROG® Floating System. For easy
top loading of replacement cartridges, simply open the cap, pull
up the holder and snap them in.
SPA FROG® Floating System uses pre-filled mineral and bromine cartridges that snap into a reusable floating holder and work in any spa. SPA FROG® Floating System transforms your spa into the perfect environment for soothing relaxation using up to 50% - 80% less bromine.

highest quality components and equipment available to bring you
the best built hot tub on the market.

(2) Reflective Foil Insulation - This barrier creates a
thermo-pane window effect which creates a “trapped air space” to
act as an insulating barrier from the outside elements. To
further enhance our tubs’ efficiency, this air space also
captures the heat which is generated from the pumps and the spa
equipment.

(4) 24- Hour Circulation Pump - Available on all Series II
models only, this 1/15 HP pump filters, ozonates and continually
moves water through the spa’s heater yet only requires energy
equivalent to that of a 100-watt light bulb.

(8) Self-Draining Flange - A standard feature on all spas that
Spa Crest produces, the self-draining flange is a vast
improvement over the more common top-rail supports so widely
used by other manufacturers. The Spa Crest flange diverts
splashed water away from the spa eliminating water that
inevitably collects on the top-rail supports on other
manufacturers’ mode.
(9) Blower - The invigorating sensation of thousands of tiny
bubbles– that’s what our 1 HP air blower achieves. By injecting
air into the spa at 12 different locations, we create a
sensation that is second-to-none. The blower feature is
available on all Series II models only.
(10) EON Cladding - At Spa Crest we offer three beautiful
cabinet finishes, all made of a state-of-the-art polymer
material known as Eon®. Engineered from 100% virgin polystyrene,
this revolutionary material replicates the natural beauty and
variability of wood, without the required maintenance, further
enhancing your every soak. This cabinet is up to 75% thicker and
stronger than conventional maintenance free cabinets.
(11) Full Sealed Bottom- Pressure treated, fully sealed
foundation floor with under spa vent strips that give structural
strength and allows the bottom of the spa to stay dry. Studded
frame that gives more structural integrity and reinforces the
cabinet panels.
Filter System
Water is filtered, ozonated and heated before returning to the
spa. This system will keep your spa crystal clear and ready for
use any time.
(1) The water surface is first skimmed while it is being drawn
into the filter housing. Large debris is then collected by the
filter basket. The water is then micro-cleansed by our 50 sq.
ft. no by-pass filter. No by-pass is important because even when
the filter gets dirty, the water will not be allowed to
“by-pass” the filter, which is common in many other spas on the
market.
(2) The water is then directed through our state-of-the-art
heater tube, and both entry and exit of the water are monitored
by Smart Sensor™ technology. The heater only comes on when the
spa temperature drops below the set temperature.
(3) Water is then treated by our ozone purification system,
which utilizes an ultraviolet light to rid bacteria and other
organics from the water. In addition, this system also features
Smart Start™ technology using an electronic ballast which
produces more ozone output than traditional ultraviolet systems.
To ensure the utmost in cleanliness, ozone treated water is
introduced at three different points in the foot well of the
spa.
All Spa Crest hot tubs are insulated with the ReflectoTherm
insulation system. ReflectoTherm consists of a reflective
thermal barrier on the cabinet panels and a layer of high
density foam on the shell. This creates a trapped air space
under the spa. Reflective insulation is designed to contain
RADIANT heat. Radiant heat travels through space from a warm
surface to a cooler surface. The reflective barrier contains up
to 97% of the radiant heat that is generated from the spas
equipment and also insulates the spa against cold temperatures.
Regular bulk insulation (fiberglass, foam, etc.) will only
contain 10 - 20% of the heat generated by the spa. Furthermore,
bulk insulation will only slow hot and cold transfer it will not
block it. ReflectoTherm insulation system insulates the spa from
the outside elements, and creates one of the most efficient spas
on the market.
Warranty Information
10-Year Structure
SPA CREST, INC. warrants the fiberglass spa shell structure
against water loss due to defects in materials and workmanship
for ten years from the date of purchase.
5-Year Surface
SPA CREST, INC. warrants the interior surface of the spa against
blisters, cracks or delamination due to defects in material and
workmanship for a period of five years from the date of
purchase.
2-Year Equipment & Plumbing
SPA CREST, INC. warrants the equipment (including pumps, blower,
heater and the control system) and the plumbing components
(including jets, air controls, glued fittings and plumbing) to
be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
two years from the date of purchase. Light bulbs and filter
cartridges are not included, but are warranted to be free from
defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to
the original purchaser. SPA CREST, INC. warrants the exterior
EON cabinet and headrests to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of
purchase. Timberstone acrylic cabinets carry a full 5 year
warranty. The stereo components and spa cover have a 1 year
warranty.
